My family purchased the ski hire in Erica 30 years ago.
Once we built the new ski hire next door, we finally started the journey to renovate the old bakery Mountain Rivers Bakehouse.
The oven is in amazing condition. We’ve redone the hearth and firebox, so it’s all good for another 100 years.
The oven is ready to go, we’re just waiting on Council to start the renovations on the building.
